Grier is not getting close to this offer. He's getting offered a little more than what he got for Burns. That's why he'll end up keeping Karlsson another year. Offers won't get much worse.

Hard to tell, Pettersson is good and can fetch San José plenty with a little bit of luck. Pickering is a top prospect and then there’s the 1st. That’s 3 1st rounders more or less at least. That’s a steep price but it’s also 3.5 retained. San José should accept
