They can't retain a portion?

I don't think that is correct... If you are correct... then EK65 would be a 4.5M Defensemen.... which I'd be happier about

What team is eating 25% (50% of the remaining 50% roughly $2.5 being the max) for four years? What are they getting out of that trade and what is SJS getting?
