Having Jones playing top 6 and Suter top 9....well that's more just depth guys. They would have to play way above their contracts to help the Pens. Admitting other cap strapped teams have the same problem.

Sucks for Tatar cause he did pretty good this last season and he’d have to accept the best low ball offer he can get.

It's Bargain Bin season. I never understood why UFA's wait all summer to sign. Teams spend their cap on July 1st and most of the money is gone. Then the unsigned players are frozen out and have to take lowball deals to stay in the league.

Not one of those guys signed those pile of crap offers. Dumba was getting all kinds of 1-1.5 contracts here remind me again what he signed for ( late in Fa)?
