Habs keep Pezzetta and add another 4th instead

What exactly is Montreal gaining from all this? Giving up a draft pick, a young cheap high energy player, another asset (although with very limited value), for 1 year of a middle six winger (which Montreal already has too many of) with more salary going back to Montreal.

If the Habs could free up another 1 or 2 forward spots, than by all means I'd be down for this but they just have soo many forwards right now. Even after moving Hoffman and Pitlick, their 14 forwards are set. Fair deal but just the Habs would need to move out forwards first.

Any Haba fans saying No to this are a bunch of morons. Beau would slot into the top 6 quite easily and get 40+points. Then if retained 50% could easily fetch a 2nd at the deadline.

Pez is a 4th line agitator at best, should be nowhere near an nhl roster spot.
