Where's that 2nd rounder ever Habs fan said he was worth?

it's in the combined value of Lindstrom's potential as a former 2nd and the 4th. Im not one of those, I thought a 2nd was a stretch and a 3rd was realistic. Still though his p/gp is high among defensmen so idk. He ranks 25th in p/gp for RHD as a 35yo at $2.4M, tied with Seth Jones and Moritz Seider. Had a better +/-(albeit on a better team) than both of them. I don't like +/-, but there's still some value to that. He doesn't fit Detroit's window at all though, and makes it tough to move a d-man.

So it's not the perfect move for either team, nor is it the expected move for either team's fans. There were "he's worth a 2nd" and "he's never coming to Detroit" from both sides.

That's an unfair thing to say Howie. I literally posted that we should be thrilled to get a 3rd on the day we re-acquired Petry. You are doing that thing again where you are prejudiced against all Habs fans, based on the actions of a few bad apples. You should maybe work on that.
