I think Matt Benning in your top 4 is more relevant. Vegas won with multiple backups. They need help on the back end. I can easily see Durzi being flipped to them after the Kings sold low.
After the Bouchard deal this team is ALL IN. A 1st and a prospect like Bourgault for Durzi at the deadline with retention makes more sense.

Avs also had one of the best d in the league that year edmonton does not have even close to that. Avs had better forward depth, there superstars arent as good but theyre a close second for a duo in the nhl behind mcdavid and drai.

That same avs team would crumple this one, youre forgetting the swept a very similar edmonton team in the WCF that year, these minor additions MAYBE give them one game

I have to agree with everyone else, when you have the leagues best D core you can get away with average goaltending but more often than not you need a top level goaltender to get you through a playoff series.

Barabanov and a 4th for Oilers 1st sounds fair to me if he continues the level of play he has the last 2 years.

kulak and a 6th for Benning to me isn’t a fair deal as both are solid D with a little offensive upside and Benning is less than 1/2 the cost.

I just feel underwhelmed with this offer but not saying it’s far off. If the deal happened I wouldn’t be upset, just hope for slightly more.

EDM is better off just sticking with Ceci & Kulak. Defense needs an upgrade and you've downgraded... twice!
The top 6 doesn't need Barabanov either. They need a prospect(or prospects) to overplay so they can spread the wealth down the lineup.
Moving Campbell if he's still the #2 goalie should be prioritized as well.

That same Avs D core couldn't get past the 1st round last year. They weren't - and aren't - the best D core in the league.

You also need a kings ransomed worth of luck! Kuemper was a more playoff ready netminder at the time. I really like Georgiev because he reminds me of Nabokov, he’s a guy who need to play every day of his game slips, but last year was the most games he’s ever played and it showed in the playoffs. He will be better this year for the playoffs, though I do expect a drop off in his regular season stats.

I agree, skinner showed good signs of him being a good playoff goalie against La at times, but against Vegas he just wasn't playing his game and let in some very questionable goals. I get what you're saying
