4) the middle 6 took a hit with the loss of Killorn. I’m not a big fan of that middle 6

They're banking on Eyissimont becoming the 2nd coming of Yanni Gourde and Jeannot to be the PF that replaces Killorn. On defense they tried to replace McDonaugh with Cole, now they have no one there so it'll be interesting to see what they do maybe Sergachev takes another step defensively he's the future of the team. Sheary is better than Colton imo he skates better and he can move up the lineup vs colton who looked off in the top 6. I think they're trading for DeSmith or something cause 0 chance they're starting on LTIR with left over cap they need to fill as much of it as possible at opening night.

You're underestimating the core players here, a top G, Big solid D, a built-in in system and probably a very hungry group. Overestimating Ottawa with no F depth, no Gs, Chychrun playing 82 games, Norris & Tarasenko with wonky shoulders...
