Nope, completely sane. There’s already a ton of offensive talent from the defense in McAvoy, Fox, Dahlin, and Makar. Adding Karlsson would improve the offensive talent, but he is not good enough offensively to justify how much worse he is defensively. This team can already run a PP without Karlsson, but the PK would be significantly better if Hedman or someone similar was in the lineup instead of Karlsson.

This team definitely takes Venus and Mars. I'm not sure they could hold a candle to Saturn though.

Hedman sucked last year
