Give CBJ a 3rd to take CJ and they think about it. This is an instant hang up.

He does have value, the leafs at worse could put him on waivers to be claimed real quick. It sounds like the leafs are going with 11-7 until they can get some cap relief. The only guys they can move to have a 21-22 man roster is move Nylander or Brodie, nobody else is enough cap to make a difference.

This move actually makes a ton of sense. That's the best way to get under the cap and not lose tons of players to waivers

He does have value, but the mistake dozens of Leafs fans have made is thinking he has value to Columbus, a team with no less than 18 NHL-caliber forwards, most of whom are young and need playing time, and at least 11 of whom are now or will soon be better than Jarnkrok. It's a trade we see every day on here (yes, even for a 3rd), and I'm yet to see a Columbus fan say anything but "hell no".

Please, for the love of all things good, find another team, or just push him through waivers at the start of the season when no one puts in a claim anyway.

They pick Columbus because your one of the first options alphabetically. Jarnkrok isn't waiving and rumor is Trev likes him a lot from his Calgary time.
