Nashville agrees to a 6-yr, $47.25M ($7.875 AAV) deal with Zegras, and a 3-yr, $10.5M bridge deal for Drysdale. Small sample size for JD so he gets the bridge, with the carrot of a big, long-term extension next season. Anaheim gets some high end prospects in L'Heureux and Askarov and gets three decent NHLers., plus multiple high picks. McDonagh has money retained, so he's a stopgap until Zellweger/Mintyukov/Luneau are ready for the show. McTavish and Carlsson become defacto #1 and #2 C on a young rebuilding team with developing talent everywhere.
