Here is how I would do Nylander to SEA

Nylander in a sign and trade (9.25m x 8 years starting 2024) for Bjorkstrand + Kartye +Ryker (Would replace the 2 for Wright but I doubt SEA goes yea lets move Wright)

Seattle gets a 40+ goal scorer for 8 more years and Toronto gets a nice return for him

That's a pretty bad offer for Hellebuyck, I mean Grubauer is sub .900 two seasons in a row and on an expensive contract. Eberle is a UFA next year.
So not much value there.
