Canes pass on both. We don’t pay more than a 3rd rounder for rentals. For good reason.

Canes decline both deals. Lindholm is not worth even half of that. He's a meh 2C that would be a very good 3C in Carolina. He's not going to beat KK for 2C if Kotkaniemi plays like he did in the second half of last season. Reinhart just doesn't make sense. He's a better system fit because he isn't completely overrated, but he's not fast enough for the Canes system. By NHL standards, he's quite a weak skater. For one year of Reinhart, there's no reason to give up the GDP of a small nation like this

What's most disturbing is that this kid just took the real Pahlal's name (who is a really nice older guy you can have devent conversations with) and changed one of the letters. it's confusing as heck and I'm curious if he did it on purpose.
