Description

Gonna be another hard year but worth it as they continue growing their games. They have a lot of good young players in the lineup. This time around hopefully there’s a healthy Caufield for the full year, Harvey-Pinard for a full year, and yet again just young talent growing in the lineup. They’ll end up being at the bottom of the Atlantic sadly though. Should still be a fun year though.

I'm expecting a much healthier season, and pushing 75 pts as a team, so it should be fun. I think we can get 1-2 70+ pt guy (Zuki Caufield), 2-3 60+ point guy (Zuki, Caufield, Dach), and several other 40 point guys (Slaf, Newhook, Monahan, Anderson) if the team remains mostly healthy, so definitely a fun season ahead

Montreal should be very fun to watch this year. They have ALOT of young depth on D and on F. So they will have a lot of work to do, to siphon through it all. Their forward group has work to do but they have some proven talent. D is a lot more raw but they have some serious potential.

They will be scary in a few years.

Hughes has stated that they don't view this team on paper as a playoff team YET but anything is possible (it would take a miracle for the playoffs) But they are building in the right way.

Most ppl just want to see Suzuki and Caufield become impact players on a consistent basis and Montembeault to take the reigns. The games might not be that 'fun' but they'll be more competitive as opposed to those blowout games they were making a habit of last season.
