I don't see Buffalo doing this. They're pretty set at forward and have a full pipeline coming up, so Trevor Zegras isn't as much a plus for them as he would be for other teams, and the Sabres aren't going to break up what looks to be the core of their young defense for the next 5 or 6 seasons.

I think Adams does his due diligence & calls on every player who becomes available
I don’t think that necessarily means the Sabres are “interested” in that player though

Zegras just doesn’t make sense for us
