Sorry man, but the absolute last thing Anaheim needs is another young, undersized puck moving LHD. We've got no interest in acquiring him.

Ottawa declines the Brannstrom trade because there's not enough value and moving Brannstrom does not clear enough space for Pinto.

Anaheim declines because they need bigger, meaner, more physical defenceman that can play a ton of minutes and Brannstrom doesn't fit the description.

Yeah Anaheim is not the right fit as they have one of the best if not the best u-23 pool for D-men

There's a lot more teams who have a bigger need for a guy like Brannstrom than their fans know; but their management/coaching staff know that and would IMO pay more than a 3rd to get him.
