I know Florida is a state for retirees but signing 33 year old Duschene to five years?

If Barabanov continues to produce at the rate he currently does he'll probably get offered way more than 3 by someone else.

I really think we're past a reunion with TJ, better to call up youth from Syracuse or see how Merela performs this season if he makes it out of camp.

Also, AAV is alright, but Duchene would REALLY need to have a great year in Dallas for us to even consider that term

Stamkos takes that 5x5.25 Duchene is 1 year younger and not nearly as good completely unrealistic

the Duchess (typo on purpose) deal makes no sense at all, give that money to Stamkos.

He wants to play 20 seasons so you only need to give him 4-5 years, and I am sure 6 per would do it. Then you keep your captain at a huge discount give his numbers over the last couple years, he isn;t as prone to a decline as other players because of his fitness and drive.
