Big Nate not gonna like being split up from McLeod like that.

Would you take Lazar instead?

Devils decline. Henrique would be cool but not at half that price. Stalock is unwanted. Bastian, Daws, and picks that high are not on the table for Henrique.

Leafs don’t make that trade unless samsonov is involved and that would bring the price down from a first to a second and I don’t know if the ducks would do that but they could sell samsonov for a first if he was half retained

You can Keep Rico, we can just get him in FA for free instead of losing size depth and a 3rd goalie. if he wants to end his career a devil. Stalock isnt good. What with the weirdos still trading a goalie to the NJ STOP

Why would Anaheim want Abruzzese (even if he makes it to the NHL by the trade deadline) or Driedger (even if he's still in the NHL by the trade deadline) in return for $3.2 million retention for 3 seasons?!?!?

Absolutely no interest in exchanging a guy who's actually played 116 games in the NHL over the last two seasons for a notorious first-round bust who hasn't played that many games in his entire 5-season career, and spent all of 2021-2022 in the AHL.

If we wanted Boqvist, we would have picked him up off the waiver wire.

I highly doubt Seattle takes that trade as a one-for-one. They laugh and hang up the phone upon hearing they're ALSO being asked for three additional assets
