Minten's a B tier prospect... Same with Cowan, Niemela would be a high C tier prospect but if they want a more NHL ready guy, Hirvonen would be their guy... Ty Voit's an interesting C tier is they way OHL elite production but he's a project... So it would be a pick your trade piece

Terrible for the Leafs.
No team should want soon to be 30 years of age Hertl for seven years at 8.1m. Simek isn't good. He replaces Timmins maybe but not Brodie.
Leafs are miles better keeping Brodie/Domi over Hertil and Simek for one year, having cap space as Brodie and Domi are UFAs next season, Leafs then cap space Timmins, Robertson, and the three picks
