Maybe some, but GiiggywithGibby makes a good point, that he probably would not have an extension, so the return would be one appropriate for Matthews with a 1-year deal, and the NMC could further water down the return. I would say that TB wouldn't be dealing away key pieces like Cirelli or Cernak; even with the extension, they probably only deal one (maybe Cirelli) of them. So, I think you would be looking at a return of Stamkos+futures+a Nick Paul as a cap component. Klingberg probably shouldn't be in the trade at all. Treliving would be foolish to trade Matthews within the division, especially to TB.
