I'd give up a 3rd max for Benning. He's not bad, it's just pricey for a bottom pair d-man. I'd rather pay a 2nd+ for Fabbro.

I do all of these if I'm San Jose, except the Labanc one. Columbus probably wouldn't do that, but the rest seem reasonable-ish. That said, I don't think the Sharks are going to end up with 5 1sts in the next draft, and this team would be an absolute dumpster fire, even compared to the group they're icing right now.

I could see the Rangers bringing back Duclair. Can't imagine they are interested in Barabanov tho
