Lindholm would likely you prevent you from getting Nylander in the offseason... i would much rather have Nylander @11.5m than Lindholm at 8-8.5m.

he missed three weeks and came back to a team that that hasn't scored on the power play in literally almost an entire month. everyone on the roster is fighting the puck right now.

he's also coming off of the best two years of his career.

it makes literally zero sense for the jackets to trade him after a 9-game stretch where the entire team has been awful when they could just wait it out and try to turn it around.

its funny that you say this. its almost like you dont think laine would bounce back in washington playing a good system with good linemates lol. the blue jackets are awful
