Hawks aren't trading draft assets for players that don't fit the team's future. Neither of these guys have a future in Chicago.

Fabbro is not worth that much

Chicago probably isn’t the right team for Beauvillier

CHI declines. I don't think Beauvillier is quite a dump, but I wouldn't say he is worth much, if anything. If he were part of some larger deadline deal, I'd be interested to see him in the Hawks lineup, but CHI has no business targeting him specifically for any reason.

The Fabbro part yes

The Beauvillier part… not so much 😂

Didn’t think the Hawks would want him, but I guess with Hall injured and then the whole Perry situation getting Beau for cheap makes sense

Gotta love smug d-bags lol. I still say he has no future in Chicago but it only cost a 5th, which I still think is an overpayment. Maybe he plays well enough to flip at the TDL. I'd still rather go with Anderson, Guttman, etc over this guy.

Yeah. Makes a lot more sense now with Perry's contract terminated and Hall out for the season. For a 5th, why not.

Definitely smug but I might be wrong about the d-bag part lol. That came from a place of pain from getting called out for being wrong.

Fair enough. I'm gonna feature this in a video I'm making today. Hope that's okay.

You kind of made the fine print hard to hear lol. Nice job owning the trade after it happened while also being able to keep it light hearted by glossing over the rest of the proposal. It was entertaining for sure.
