LTIR prevents them from accruing cap space, they'll wait until he's ready to make it official

I believe Wallman goes to IR, Berggren brought up to gauge trade value or someone else is traded, Veleno, Lyon or Maata(all lack protection)? To many moving parts for there not to be something brewing.
