Minten doesn’t belong in a deal for those two. Don’t think CBJ needs 2 D back either. I was thinking like, McMann, Lily and a 3rd? IMO

yeah you are probably right, i would like to throw minten in on the Hanifin deal and keep robertson but i dont think he will do well in the playoffs.

Columbus doesn't have interest in mid-grade prospects or replacement level roster players, and definitely not more RD. Taking Liljegren and Timmins creates the same problem Peeke and Boqvist already present: NHL players sitting in the pressbox thanks to logjam at RD. I'd do this for Minten straight up, but obviously that wouldn't work for the Leafs.

Calgary trade is bad too. Hanifin is good, but is he that much better than McCabe that it warrants Robertson and a 1st? Hard pass, this trade ruins our depth and hardly improves the blue line

I think he makes the leafs next season and his ELC contract is real helpful.
