Edmonton doesn't need a depth defenseman though... They need depth scoring, preferably a center or a RW. Only reason to pick up a dman is if Ceci is on his way out and they're upgrading in their top 4.

They need their forwards to also learn to play some D.

hard no. oilers are not giving up a cost controlled man on an ELC who can play solid minutes but is blocked by veterans for a 7th dman.

What had broberg done? Seeler is more valuable to a contender right now broberg really hasn’t played all that well in NA. Brobergs value goes down every year as there becomes a less and less chance of him reaching his 8OA potential. People gotta stop overvaluing draft position and start valuing more how a player is actually progressing
