lol I hate always repeating myself but for nylander to leave Torontos offer of 10 he’d need an offer of 12 from a playoff team and an offer of 13 for a none playoff team

People always underestimate how much it costs to convince a high quality UFA to sign with a team he’s never played for. See: Tavares, Gaudreau, dougie, Kadri, Panarin etc etc etc

Most guys don’t want to relocate their long term homes and lives if they don’t have to. It’s one of the great privileges of being elite. You don’t have to worry about being moved
