If Kuzmenko is actually the player from last year, it's kind of close, but we'd be giving up ~6 more years of control on someone who should pan out to have a Kuzmenko floor by the time he's 27. That's not a fair deal.

Kuzmenko scored 39 on an unsustainably high shooting percentage in his age 26 "rookie" year and is a UFA after next season.

KJ is a recent top 5 pick that had an impressive real rookie year and looks good again now that he's actually getting (some) ice time with other good players.

Kent would be traded for a top 6 center. Doubtful the nucks would trade JT or EP
