That's illegal then. And as I stated there is a 90% chance that is the Flames 1st as Montreal is pretty much guaranteed Florida's 1st already

Flames aren't interested imo. They're heading towards a retool and won't be giving high picks away in a deal like this.

Pittsburgh declines. Kubalik isn't their style of bottom 6 player and they don't have cap space to do this without trading another contract in return.
