Carolina doesn’t have the cap but I’m sure they’d fine a way to make it work you’re basically gifting the canes Vegas and Washington

Wow. You've managed to create 4 or 5 trades that are extremely terrible, to the point where I think this might be the worst ACGM I've ever seen. Kudos on that much at least.

Time for a full rebuild. Unload the players for picks and start again. Crosby should be part of that. I'm sure he would like to go for one more cup with another team. Karlsson is probably unmoveable as is Letang.

Values probably fair for the Anaheim trade, but we like Strokes versatility to play C when needed, and we have no room for POJ, not to mention not wanting to break up the Vatrano-McTavish-Strome line.

Then there is the issue of Rust's NMC, and from a flavor perspective, you can't trade a guy names Rust away from the Steel City.
