Description

Everyone keeps saying to trade for Ferraro and hertl. But cap wise I don't think it's a good idea considering rantenen n byram need an extension. Avs literally have 2 million in cap space if landeskog plays next season.

Now I bet you if sharks retained at least 25% or at least 50% avs would def ship 2 1st rd.

Even after the 24/25 season and if avs took the full contract avs would have 27 million in cap. That would be enough to lock down byram and rantenen

Landeskog starts on 3rd line do he can get acclimated to playing again

I think you're an extremely optimistic fellow. By the way, isn't a bit unseemly to trade a guy in susbtance abuse treatment?

One way or another avs would have to unload about 15 million cap just to fit hertl contract and Ferraro. This is like the 5th time I seen a person post the hertl/Ferraro to the avs and to a certain point in might work and might not depending on landeskog health next season

People think it’s really simple and then don’t realize 4 and 96 can sign extensions this off season, COL needs an answer at 2C but it can’t be a 30yr old guy making over $8M. Hell I’d rather have Monahan then paying for Hertl, but maybe Frost is the best option given the flexibility
