Avs unlikely to trade a 1st round pick in their D1 year, but they don't really have any other prospects that are of much interest. Would definitely be the best Ritchie to ever play for the Flames though.

No one wants Miles Wood or his bizarre contract. Calgary probably more interested in O'Connor (younger/cheaper AAV/less term) or Colton (better player). Picks would need to be adjusted accordingly. But neither player really suits the Flames window.

Overall, just don't think Colorado have the assets for this, Calgary gets a better offer from elsewhere.

My bad , I just looked at it , I thought Wood was on an expiring contract , I wouldn't take him either.

Remove Wood and it's not a bad offer. Without Wood going the other way Calgary could retain salary too.

I don’t think anybody is willing to give much more than a 1st recent first and a 3rd. Miles wood wouldn’t make sense to be apart of the trade
