I'm not going to claim to be a scout or draft "expert". I do my best and Eiserman was my choice as well early on. When he had that 5 point night against Celebrini and BU...I was impressed. He's been falling down a few mock boards due to his one way abilities. He's obviously still super young and can develop into anything he sets his mind to, but he might not be the #2/#3 pick.

I feel like Eiserman drops to 5-6. Right now I’m taking Levshunov, Celebrini, Helenius , Lindstrom before him. And I’d assume some team will take Buium, Silayev or Dickinson super high too

Hawks take one of three guys with their '24 1st: Celebrini, Levshunov or Lindstrom. And Kiviharyu won't be drafted by Hawks either. Another LD? Doubtful. A sub 6' LD? No chance.

TBH I’d rather hit a home run and get Levshunov and Kiviharju and take gamble on one of them reaching their ceiling.

Duncan Keith 2.0 where you at?

I don't think Kiviharju is ever a top pair NHL D at his size the way the league is evolving. He's too small. I feel Vlasic, Korchinski and DelMastro all have a better chance of being Keith 2.0 more than Kiviharyu. I'm super high on Levshunov. He oozes top pair D man to me. Celebrini is the obvious pick if Hawks get #1 again. If Hawks are drafting #2 or #3, Levshunov is the guy I pick for sure. I don't see him lasting past pick #3.

From what I have seen you can not win the lottery more than 3 years out of 5 but that is only if you do NOT finish 32nd and you "win" the draft lottery. If the Hawks finish dead last this season and get the #1 pick again they would still be eligible for winning the #1 pick the following year. Can anyone confirm this??

Cannot win more than twice in 5-year window. So if Chicago won in 2024, they would be excluded in 2025, 2026, 2027.

If a #32 team wins the lottery, they win the lottery. Still counts.

If that team was excluded, they would just remove the balls for that team, who would be locked into #3 pick.
