This core is going to drown without quality leadership. They've been drowning for far too long with their old buddy the coach telling them how precious they are the whole time. It's time for hard lessons, and they need more of what Giroux brings. Not to mention he's still their best all round forward right now.

Well right now the only players I’d keep are Sanderson, Stutzle and Tkachuk. They need 1-2 more guys as good as those guys. 1 on D and 1 F
