Simon Benoit is a top 4 defensmen that every team will get their hands on if ever made available. I know we aren't used to seeing guys throw hits like him under the Dubas regime, but he plays an important role in shutting other teams down

Not sure if you have been watching this season but Brodie looks slow and against good fast, forechecking teams he gets exploited. Tanev may not be the fastest guy in the world but he would be playing on his own side and he is much bigger and more physical than Brodie is.

Brodie's style of play is strong defense. Hes not fast, he doesnt score its defense and rn hes top 5 in RAPM defense with Tanev, Seeler, Spurgeon, and Dillon

Hes been good so in the end moving him makes 0 sense for this team to do

Another stats guy. Where was that when Jones bailed him out in LA because he got out skated and bumped off the puck. Much more noticeable against those teams. Looks great against SJ and ANH
