That’s a huge over payment for Duclair. You could definitely get him for a third or probably just Morgan geekie depending on how much the sharks would value a 4c

We are not getting a 3rd for Gryz unles he goes on an absolute heater and some GM is desperate. He is a UFA and his play has not been very good this year.

So Duclair gets a better offer than a future hall of famer in Patrick Kane, We don't need Fabian Lysell we already have far better prospects than him in GR. Detroit passes by a country mile.

You should realize prospects fail. Lysell still has significant tools.

I see no reason to give him up for Kane at this point in his career.

All 4 of these deals are pretty bad for BOS

Trading just one of Geekie or the 1st would be overpayment for Duclair, both of them for Duclair is insane

Seems like just a general underrating of picking this ACGM. Can be seen by the valuation of Gryz too

There are degrees, but Grzelcyk isn’t getting a third at his salary. I think that’s a given. The rest of the deals sucked for Boston.

This does seem like one of those rare bad for both sides trades given what each team already has and what each team really needs.
