Canes will just keep Drury if that’s the case. It’s looking like they have no need for Allen, especially since they have no interest in his second year. It’s looking like he will be the next Jordan Staal, so it’s very unlikely the Canes move him.

Canucks are not trading Kuzmenko and their first round pick.
Habs are not trading Kovacevic and Monahan, and they have no interest on Kuzmenko.

Canes decline really quickly. Allen is mediocre on his best days, and you want Drury? To put it into perspective, Drury is on pace to beat Newhook's carer highs in points... remember how much you gave up for him? That's what it's going to take for Drury now.
