Description
Assuming Lucic will not be back. Bruins need another 4th liner. Steen/Lauko is not enough punch in playoffs. Danforth adds a lot of speed to Heinen and Beech, could compliment very well.

If JVR needs a break, slot Potsy in and move Zacha LW

If I'm being completely honest I'd rather see us make the usually unpopular decision of standing pat at the deadline this year (maybe make some small depth moves but nothing huge). As much as I'd love to win a cup this year, we need to think about the future and keep our draft capital for down the road. I think the team is a longshot for the cup still with or without Lindholm- and if we do go on a run it likely will be because of goaltending not because of one center added. We should keep our draft picks and our prospects for the coming years when our team will have more cap flexibility and should be looking to reinforce its roster and get back on top

Probably not enough for Danforth, who's already extended and likely unavailable this season anyway. No need for another defenseman (Columbus is one of the teams with far too many), and a 3rd isn't enough for someone who's been consistently on our top line recently.

Agree that they need another 4th liner (or 2), but Danforth isnt that guy

Probably not enough for Lindholm, rather stand pat anyway than spend the few remaining assets Bruins have left

Poitras does not sit:

My perspective is Lindholm is probably going to be priced out of what we’d willingly pay though I think some people are over estimating the value of 24 vs 25 (25 is the deeper draft).

My assumption is if we are looking for an upgrade, it will be a Grz and Merk or Lysell for a top 6 option. That said, part of me wants to see them give Frederic a shot with Pasta and Zacha rather than trading for a player.

While Geekie has played solid on the top line, his face off percentage and inability to play left wing is forcing the situation. I think swapping him with Frederic should be considered.

Calgary has little leverage. Maybe he gets a bit more but I dont imagine much more. Poitras can rotate in if JVR cant keep up, but playoffs are a different animal and hes still only 19.
