I can see them extending DeMelo but letting Dillon walk. We have Heinola and Chisholm ready to graduate and Schmidt who has had a resurgence signed one more year

Schmidt gone in offseason, if not at TDL
Dillon should be let go, but rumour is Chevy is in talks with him now
Hopefully Lucius and Stanley are moved for Lindholm…with a 1st and maybe Schmidt

Personally, I’d move Heinola for an RHD equivalent

I like both players, but if they bring both back it just clogs the runway for younger players who are ready or close to ready for regular NHL minutes.
If i had to pick one, i would resign DeMelo. His play with Morrisey shows how valuable he is. He's 30 now so i think a 3 year deal makes sense. Dillon is a little older but Samberg could slide into his spot.
