About the last thing COL needs is a LD regardless of the cost.

Guy is on pace for 40 goals. Look at what Tampa gave up for Coleman, Goodrow and Jeannot and get back to me.

Yeah a career year doesn't dictate his value though. He has a career high shooting % and is getting top line minutes, both things that likely won't happen when he gets moved to another team.

He's a fine player but has always been a middle six winger and at 29 no GM is going to pay a premium for him when they know it's not a trend that's going to continue

That is 1 organization. Youre trying to sell him to a different team

An organization that one two cups after two of those trades. Same principle.

Are you describing Blake Coleman or Frank Vatrano? Vatrano has been playing second line, second PP this whole season. He would probably be playing second line in NY as well with Brock and Fasching. And literally a 40 goal pace does dictate your value lol what league are you talking about here

Blake Coleman was having a worse season and got two firsts and a prospect and was an integral part of Tampas cup run. And Vatrano has had better past seasons than Coleman did up to the point he was traded.
