The Islanders are more than fine with Barzal on Horvat's wing. He's only been moved around the lineup once Cizikas got hurt because Lane Lambert is an idiot. If Nelson were made available he would fetch at minimum a 1st round draft pick and prospect. You're talking about a 35+ goal center who is signed for another season at reasonable money.

I don't have a problem trading Brock for a king's ransom in the off-season, as long as the return/other moves made fill the hole left by Nelson leaving. But he's not being moved at the deadline.
