    Were not trading Zegras for a grab bag of lesser pieces.

    We're not paying that much for Kuzmenko.

    We're not signing Guentzel to that deal

    Harris wouldn't take LaCombes spot IF we somehow acquired him.

    Montreal says no, not breaking the bank in a rebuild for a Zegras, not showing enough potential to be worth two firsts (The last person to trade two firsts was Tampa for Brandon Hagel, both of those picks are less valuable than a potential 6th overall on a rebuilding team)

    That is cheap for guentzel. Unless he wanted a discount to play in ANA I don’t see it either. He will get 9.5M from someone else for sure

    Big NO from MTl... 6-OA will land Lindstrom or Helenius very talented guy... not spending on Zegrasssss as all our young player will end their RFA contract at the same time and will all ask 7-8-9-10M each...
