Levshunov is the prize of defense for 2024. I would be so pumped for that. Then toss up between Dickinson or Silayev? Both have pros and cons. I'd even add Buium at 4. Now, could Perekh be a Makar light? Totally, but if he misses, he's just another offensive dman that has to be sheltered. They just can't afford to risk that outcome with this pick imo so I'd take the safer bets

If he’s only offensive then you bring in whoever will be Ekholm in 3 years to stabilize him but he won’t.
