Even if Tavares waived (which he wouldn’t) the Canucks couldn’t take on that contract

laugh laugh Tavares doesn't waive for Vancouver, Nor can they afford him.

Marner doesn't waive for Anaheim, So the Zegras trade is redundant.

Your UFA signings are a royal joke.

Elias Lindholm 7 x $9,00,000 You're not even close.

Noah Hanifin 7 x $7,500,000, And no he doesn't sign in Canada.

Brett Pesce 7 x $7,000,000 perhaps even close to the Noah Hanifin offer. And no he doesn't sign in Canada either. Especially in high tax Toronto where the taxes a 3 times higher than California.

Tyler Bertuzzi doesn't sign that low ball offer either.

Unrealistic indeed. I can’t think of much worse for ANA’s long term future than setting their contract baseline to what Marner is going to ask for. We currently have a nice Terry baseline of $7M for the young guys to compare to. Definitely not interested in following TORs footsteps with the enormous deals their stars expect

The first trade is bizarre.
No way Canucks are doing a trade with the Leafs.

Without conditions to ensure CHI is getting value out of that trade, CHI declines.
