No chance that Ottawa trades Norris for just picks (and especially that poor of return of picks). They would need a significant roster player as well.

Maybe. The talk about core shakeup suggests otherwise. He's a risk at his $/term given the injuries. Obviously talented but will he be considered an $8M player? He's definitely not now. Risky for Van too.
