Even though the Zadorov for Domi swap is very fair value, I wouldn't do it from the Leafs side of things. Domi is providing a lot for the Leafs. We need to add to our d group, without substracting from elsewhere from our team. If we trade Domi, we would now have a nice hole in the middle of our line up.

I wouldn't mind adding Zadorov though but I don't see why Van would trade him.

I doubt they do. This trade was more to balance out the VAN lineup after acquiring Dmen with other moves.

Why would Vancouver trade Zadorov? I don't think Columbus takes that though maybe if the pick was upgraded.

See my answer above on Zadorov. I doubt they'd want to move him, it was just a roster-balancing move for this ACGM.

Calgary won't be giving the Canucks any gifts, especially not a three in one like this... Selling low on Tanev, taking on Myers for free and throwing in a 3rd round pick of their own to boot. If you replace the 3rd with a 2nd going the other way Conroy considers it.

From the recent interview from JD, prez of cbj, he’s not being moved. Had words for the kid but was plenty clear on the intent of the organization. Obviously you would t want to say you’re moving him asap if your the org, but his words portray a different sense. Hard to explain, all I can say is I would listen to it.
