LOL yeah, that Toronto package easily gets Markstrom. Add something else half decent and Calgary throws in Tanev too. Retention can be discussed if necessary for Toronto. Get on the phone already Brad, now is your chance to get two of your favorite players.

We already got one 2024 1st, a couple decent prospects with good size, Kuzmenko and a conditional 4th (haven't heard what the condition is yet) for Lindholm. Adding another two 1sts including another this year would give us three 1sts this year and two in 2026... Bonehead Brad already gave away our 2025 1st before he left.

Better yet with Lindholm already gone, if we move Tanev, Markstrom and Hanifin too our 2024 1st is more than likely number 4 or 5 plus we'll probably gain another 2-3 1sts or players/prospects worth a 1st as part of the return for those three. That's a lot of picks and prospects to kickstart a quick retool with.

I don't think Brad would ask Gio to waive though and even if he did I can't see Gio agreeing.
