How many coaches has Dubois been through? Helly said that he signed in Winnipeg due to the Dubois trade.

They fire the Coach because they can't fire the players, but Drew Daughty said a lot of players worried more about their personal stats, than winning.

Strong leaders who've won 2 Cups are still there in Doughty and Kopitar.

Get Berube in there to break some skulls and they could go on a run.

The offense and defense aren't there together, I don't know how else to put it? They've played better defense this year, but haven't scored like last year. A lot of it is injuries though. But I love McClellen, he took the fall in SJ, but he and his staff taught them. When Pete D (who I like) came in, they were on the cusp. To me in 16 what put them over was the 3 players they brought in at each level that did it, Joel Ward at F, Paul Martin to be Burns P and Martin Jones in net.

Young teams need a good veteran goalie/defenseman to take the edge off of worrying about making mistakes. Once that happens Buffalo should be a long time contender.
