    Trading Myers makes sense if VCR wants to get Vatrano and/or Lyubushkin.

    TBH, Jim Benning made a BIG Mistake in giving the 5 X $6M contract extension to Myers way back in 2019.

    I agree with you.
    I think VCR won't be bringing back Myers next season.
    VCR should get good D-core players for next season.
    This season's D-core is good, but VCR needs some adjustments on their blueline, if they want to be competitive in the playoffs.

    You could presumably work Meyers into a deal with Anaheim. Vast majority of his money is paid already as a signing bonus, we're not going to care about the cap hit. Just have to get him to waive.

    As to Vatrano, the beauty of the situation is we are under no pressure to move him with a year left. Last year was almost a career year for him too, he plays his best hockey here, we've no reason to think he won't play well next year either. So convince us to let him go, in division.

    Blues decline. Think they will sign oskar to a cheap extension. A 4th doesn't do anything for us and he is good vet leader in our bottom 6 for some of the younger guys
