JEE is a 2C on a Stanley cup roster they need around a point per Game Center

Bergeron had 57 points in 80 games the year the Bruins won the Cup. Krejci had 62 in 75, he was their leading scorer.

That was over a decade ago in a different era of scoring. Also JEE isn’t close to Bergeron either

you are really comparing one of the best shut down centers and face off centers of his generation to JEE?

Apples and oranges comparison.

You are also expecting way to much out of Marat. The quality of play in the KHL currently is very poor. They use to have a lot of talent bolster the rosters there from international players. That for the most part is gone. So the quality of play has dipped.
IF he comes over, you are looking at a year in the AHL.

Marat is expected to come over at the end of this KHL season. I would be very surprised if he went to Iowa. He put up 41 points in 63 games as a 20 year old last year. Despite his down year, he is ready to play.

Bergeron was tied for 54th in points for the whole league that year. 54th in points last year was 73 points. Bergeron having 6 Selke awards should also tell you he was the better 2 way forward. Bergeron is a HOF lock and JEE is nowhere near that level even though he is very good still

Eriksson Ek is 76th, 4 points behind 54th with 30 games to go. That's a hot streak away lol.

You’re still missing the point that he’s also not in bergerons realm defensively and not there offensively. The fact you’re trying to compare JEE to Bergeron is just comical. Bergeron was the last 1C to not be top 50 in the league in points and win the cup but was one of the best defensive forwards ever and they still had krejci in the top 50. Eichel last year is an exception as he missed a large chunk of games and point per game was top 50. Had more points the JEE in 11 fewer games. JEE is an awesome player but he’s more Eilte 2c than a 1C on a cup contender in my eyes. Larkin or Hintz are probably the lowest 1Cs I can see winning the cup

Trying to compare Lafrenière to Crosby..... JEE and Bergeron are simply not equals. Bergeron would eat his lunch on the ice and did.
