      OTT dont do the caps or CLB trades, no chance in hell OTT would trade a 26 YO for a 34 YO.

      Jenner is not what OTT is looking for, they need vets with cup experience,

      Why would a team being forced to rebuild trade away their 1st round pick next year for a player that can't stay healthy? This year seems to be the best they can possibly do with the aging roster they have, and they still won't make playoffs. Yes, Chabot is younger, but he's not enough to get them into playoffs and they give up a much needed 1st to get him.

      As a Caps fan I disagree. Think Caps would think about this. I know you mentioned a rebuild but depending how they draft in 2024 it could be a quick turnaround. Not saying Caps 100% will but they'd think about it hard.

      Was just about to comment this. I'd even add something to make it Chychrun. Chabot's injury history is concerning and I think Chychrun would really thrive with the Caps
